With over 15 years of leadership experience—including serving as Executive Director at Tomorrow’s Women, where she expanded programs for young Israeli and Palestinian leaders, and Director at Lutheran Family Services Rocky Mountains, leading refugee resettlement initiatives—Tarrie blends operational expertise with a deep commitment to mission-driven work.

She is recognized for building high-trust, values-based organizations, whether through reimagining operational systems, strengthening boards and executive teams, or establishing sustainable fundraising infrastructure. Drawing on her ability to translate business best practices into the nonprofit sector, she has successfully scaled internal processes and launched development strategies that expand community impact. A skilled convener, Tarrie fosters collaboration across foundations, nonprofits, service providers, and community leaders—building lasting partnerships rooted in trust and shared purpose.

Ghida Sinno

With nearly two decades of experience, Ghida is a nonprofit leader and strategist specializing in fundraising, capacity building, and community outreach. Working across multiple sectors, she has raised millions of dollars for small to mid-sized nonprofits and led program expansion through leadership roles at organizations including InvestED, Tomorrow’s Women, and the Denise Louie Education Center.

Blending data-driven strategy with creative storytelling, Ghida ensures her work is both results-oriented and mission-centered. Whether launching grassroots community appeals, cultivating major donors, or spearheading global funding initiatives, she brings adaptability and innovation to every effort and a focus on long-term sustainability.

As co-founder of Third Way Collective, Ghida’s passion is to work collaboratively with board and staff to empower organizations to grow, innovate, and drive lasting social change.
